By using the NEXDOC service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

1. The Service

NEXDOC is a document automation tool for mortgage brokers. It automates the preliminary organisation of credit documents submitted by your clients via email — including payslips, P60s, bank statements, and identity documents.

NEXDOC is a supporting tool, not a replacement for human judgement. All substantive decisions — including document assessment, creditworthiness, and recommendations — rest solely with the Client.

2. Eligibility

You must be a registered business or sole trader operating legally in the United Kingdom to use this service. By signing up, you confirm that you have the necessary FCA authorisations or exemptions applicable to your business.

3. Your Responsibilities

4. Pricing and Payment

The standard subscription fee is £179 per month (+ VAT where applicable), billed monthly. The first month is free of charge.

Anthropic API costs (~£5–15/month) and Google Workspace costs (~£6/month) are borne directly by the Client with those providers.

No long-term contract. Cancel with 30 days' written notice, no penalties.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the NEXDOC service, including workflow configurations and code, remain exclusively with Tomasz Waloch trading as NEXDOC.

6. Liability

NEXDOC's maximum liability is limited to 12 months of subscription fees or £10,000 (whichever is higher), excluding damages arising from gross negligence, wilful data breach, or breach of data protection legislation.

NEXDOC bears no liability for decisions taken by the Client based on unverified processing results.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all configuration data is deleted from NEXDOC servers within 14 days. Your Google Drive data remains entirely yours.
